Terms governing the use of our services and digital products.

1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Solve ICT website (solveict.co.za), our services, and our digital products. By using this website or purchasing any products, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Solve ICT provides IT support, consulting, hardware and software procurement, web design, Wi-Fi and networking solutions, and related technology services. The scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

All service engagements are subject to a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Digital Products

3.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our digital products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on this site are error-free.

3.2 Delivery

All digital products are delivered via instant download immediately after purchase through Gumroad or LemonSqueezy. A download link is also sent to the email address you provide during checkout.

3.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products (instant access upon purchase), all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with your download or the file does not match its description, please contact us at info@solveict.co.za and we will resolve the issue.

3.4 Licensing and Usage

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a single-user licence. This means:

  • You may use the templates, checklists, and guides for your own business or client projects.
  • You may customise the documents with your own branding.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original templates or any substantial derivative thereof.
  • You may not share the download link or files with others who have not purchased their own licence.

3.5 Updates

Some products include free updates. If updates are offered, registered purchasers will be notified by email when a new version is available.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Gumroad and/or LemonSqueezy. We do not store or process any payment card information on our servers. Prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, templates, and documents, is the property of Solve ICT unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our digital products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Solve ICT shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Templates and checklists are intended as tools to assist with IT processes — they do not replace professional judgement or legal advice where applicable.

7. Privacy

Any personal information you provide (name, email address) is used solely to process your order and deliver your products. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties. Please see our Privacy section on the Contact page for more information.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cape Town, South Africa.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
