What format are the products in?
Most products are available in Microsoft Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), and PDF. All are fully editable so you can add your own branding and content.
How do I get my files after purchase?
Instant download after payment on Gumroad or LemonSqueezy. You'll also receive a download link via email. No account required on this site.
Can I get a refund?
Digital products are non-refundable, but if there's an issue with your download or the file doesn't match the description, email me and I'll make it right.
Do you offer custom templates?
Yes. If you need a specific template, checklist, or runbook that isn't in the shop, email me with the details and I'll provide a quote.
Can I resell these templates?
No. Each purchase is for your own use. You may customise them for your clients (e.g., as part of a consulting engagement), but you cannot resell the templates themselves.
